A former Director of HR within an international brewing company, Barrie has considerable experience of recruitment in “blue-chip” companies and is committed to using his knowledge and experience to help and advise others.
Barrie’s work in Human Resources has been case studied and published by a number of UK Government Departments and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. His achievements include gaining a National Training Award for Customer Service and an International Award for Call Centre Management.
Barrie holds an MBA and has tutored for the CBI and the Open University Business School. He has also been invited to present to HM Treasury at London’s Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre. Barrie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing. He acts as a Management Advisor to a number of small businesses and has a number of Internet based businesses.
