Reports based on The Harrison Psychometric Tests
We have found Harrison Assessments to be extremely valuable to our clients, and so we use them as a basis for much of our career counselling. Your coaching will normally include several of the following reports – those which are most relevant to your situation.
Paradox Graph and Narrative Report: Illustrates and describes your scores on 24 paradoxical success traits (that seem to be opposite but in fact work together, such as frankness and diplomacy) in a vivid, easy to understand format.
This report will always be included in your coaching.
Main Graph Report and Written Interpretation of Main Graph report: Represents graphically the interaction between 36 different traits. With expert interpretation, the Main Graph is a powerful tool for understanding how you operate, what you want, and what you might develop about yourself to get different results.
Traits and Definitions Report: Shows your score on over 100 different traits and preferences as they relate to your chosen job function.
Paradox Graph and Narrative Report; Traits and Definitions Report: These reports can be correlated to your job function to give you an indication of the difference between your traits and those of the most successful people in that job function.
Career Options Report: Understand which jobs suit you best through this report which ranks your suitability to 600 different careers.
Job Success Analysis: A Behavioural Impact Graph that indicates your suitability for a specific job. You can choose graphs for three different jobs.
Interview Guide: Insightful potential questions you could face at interview to help you raise your self-awareness and prepare fully.
Development for Position Report: Step-by-step guide to developing yourself for a specific job.
Summary and Keywords: Provides a summary and key word description overview of your traits and suitability related issues. It is not job specific.
